As a nonprofit organization, The Loka Institute requests a voluntary contribution of $6.00 for each copy of the full report that you download or reproduce. Of course, larger contributions to support Loka's ongoing work are welcome, and all contributions are deductible on U.S. tax returns to the full extent of the law. Please send a check drawn in U.S. dollars to The Loka Institute (contact information below). If you choose not to make the contribution, please at least let us know who you are by e-mailing us your contact information. This will help us track the interest people have in our report, and keep you up-to-date on future publications. And we promise not to trade or sell your address. Thank you!

To order a printed copy of Community-Based Research in the United States, please send us your name and address (your e-mail and phone are also appreciated) to Loka@Loka.org  (or to the contact information below). We will send you a Report and invoice for US$19.20 (Canadian $27.00), which includes shipping and handling, for orders within the US and Canada. Massachusetts orders will be charged an extra $.96 to cover sales tax.  For US Global Priority Mail outside the US and Canada, the cost is US$23.00.
